The third full weekend each October, some of Wisconsin’s best-known artisans open their studios, allowing visitors a unique, behind-the-scenes view into how their work is created.
Each year, the Fall Art Tour draws visitors from all over the country to artists’ studios tucked away in the scenic hills in and around Wisconsin’s art communities of Mineral Point, Spring Green, Dodgeville, and Baraboo.
The Fall Art Tour is (and always will be) free. There is no registration required. You can just come!
During the three-day tour, artists will be in their studios, demonstrating and selling their work. These artisans include painters, sculptors, potters, weavers, jewelers, woodworkers, mixed-media artists, and more. Many of these studios are open only for this event – providing a unique opportunity to meet the artists and purchase their work.
Works of art are available for purchase at every stop along the way!
Join us on a drive through the autumn countryside during this once-a-year event that includes a rare glimpse into the restored breweries, one-room schoolhouses, and historic storefronts where some of Wisconsin’s best-known artists work.

The Woodland Indian Art Show & Market is dedicated to expanding awareness and appreciation of Woodland Indian art and culture through education, events and vibrant markets.
Held annually, this signature event celebrates Woodland Indian art—a unique and evocative style deeply rooted in the traditions, stories and worldview of Native American Tribes from the Great Lakes region. This years theme is Echoes of the Forest - Art Inspired by Nature.
The Market is an annual celebration of the rich artistic traditions of Woodland Tribes from the upper Midwest and northeastern regions of the United States and Canada.
Visitors can immerse themselves in the unique traditions of Woodland art through artist-led classes, youth art showcases, silent auctions, juried competitions, and live music performances. These engaging activities offer a deeper understanding of the vibrant cultures behind the art, making the Market a rich, educational experience for all ages.
The Show and Market are hosted at the Oneida Casino Hotel Conference Complex, offering artists a professional setting for exhibition and sales.
Participating artists are eligible for cash awards, and upon registration, are provided with a sales space within the conference venue. The event is not just a marketplace—it’s a bridge between past and present, showcasing the enduring legacy of the Woodland Tribes through the powerful medium of art.
